Epoxy & Metallic Floors
Metallic, flake and solid-color systems for garages, lanais, workshops and showroom floors. The finish is the easy part — it lasts because the slab underneath gets ground, patched and profiled first.
Est. 2001 · Sarasota · Southwest Florida
Epoxy floors, pool decks, driveways and stone — ground, repaired, coated and sealed to stand up to Florida. Twenty-five years in Southwest Florida, built entirely on word of mouth.
01 — Who you're hiring
Steve Solari has been working concrete in Southwest Florida since 2001 — first as the owner of Solari's Pool & Pressure Cleaning, now under Solari's Concrete Restoration. Same hands, same standard, longer list of what he can fix.
Every job since has come the same way: somebody's neighbor, somebody's brother-in-law, somebody who saw the garage floor and asked who did it. That's a slower way to build a company. It's also the only one that keeps you honest — when the work is the marketing, you don't get to cut corners on it.
Residential and commercial. Interior and exterior. No job too small.
02 — Services

Metallic, flake and solid-color systems for garages, lanais, workshops and showroom floors. The finish is the easy part — it lasts because the slab underneath gets ground, patched and profiled first.

Resurfaced, textured and sealed for sun, chlorine and the four o'clock rain.

Cleaned, repaired, sealed. The first thing anyone sees.

Pavers, travertine, marble and natural stone — wet-look or natural finish.

Pressure where it belongs. Soft wash where pressure would do damage.

Cracks, spalling, pitting and trip hazards — fixed before anything goes over them.

Interior and exterior painting, and commercial jobs on your schedule rather than mine.
Coated / bare · same slab
03 — The difference
Everything past that edge was ground, patched and primed before a drop of coating went down. That's the job. The gloss is only the part you can see.
04 — Process
Steve looks at the actual slab, not a photo of it. You get a straight number and a straight answer on what it needs.
Grinding, cleaning, crack and spall repair. This is the part nobody sees and the only part that decides how long it lasts.
Epoxy, flake, metallic, texture or sealer — matched to the surface and how you actually use it.
Cure times you can plan around, then a final walkthrough together. It's not finished until you say so.

06 — Word of mouth
PlaceholderReal customer quote goes here. Ask Steve for three people he's done work for recently — the ones who already refer him — and use their actual words.
PlaceholderSecond quote. Ideally one that mentions the thing he's best at — the epoxy floors, or catching something another contractor missed.
PlaceholderThird quote. A commercial client here would balance the two residential ones above.
07 — Service area
Based in Sarasota, working the coast. If you're close to the list and not on it, call anyway.
08 — Estimates
Tell Steve what the surface is and what's wrong with it. He'll tell you what it needs and what it costs — including if the answer is "it doesn't need what you think it needs."
